  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from Bluetooth connectivity, interference, or incompatibility with your computer or operating system.

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app and its content belong to the developer. Apple, Magic Trackpad, and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • “As-Is” Basis: The app is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or system instability.

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports for improving app stability. The free version additionally displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these ads or the products and services they promote. Data collection by these services is governed by Google’s privacy policies.
