By downloading or using Photo EXIF Editor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.

2. Use of the App

  • License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Restrictions: You may not attempt to extract the source code, reverse-engineer, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
  • Purpose: The app is designed to view, edit, strip, and copy EXIF metadata from photos on your device. It is intended for personal use only.

3. EXIF Data Accuracy

  • EXIF metadata editing is provided for informational and personal use only and does not constitute professional advice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all metadata operations are correct, complete, or error-free.
  • Stripping or editing EXIF data is irreversible on the output file. Always keep a backup of your original photos before modifying metadata.
  • You should not rely solely on the app for decisions requiring precise metadata handling. Verify critical results independently.

4. Photo Processing

  • All photo processing happens entirely on your device. No photos or metadata are uploaded to any server.
  • The app accesses only the photos you explicitly select. It does not scan or access your full photo library.
  • Edited or stripped photos are saved as new files to your device gallery. Original files are not modified unless you explicitly overwrite them.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app and its content belong to the developer.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • “As-Is” Basis: The app is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, photo corruption, or inaccurate metadata modifications.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports for improving app stability. The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these ads or the products and services they promote. Data collection by these services is governed by Google’s privacy policies.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
