By downloading or using NursingQuiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.

2. Use of the App

  • License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Restrictions: You may not attempt to extract the source code, reverse-engineer, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
  • Purpose: The app is designed as an offline-first quiz platform for nursing professionals and students preparing for competitive nursing examinations. It is intended for personal educational use only.

3. Quiz Content

  • Quiz questions, answers, explanations, and short notes are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical or nursing advice.
  • Content accuracy is maintained to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee that all quiz content is current, complete, or error-free.
  • The app should be used as a supplementary study tool alongside official exam preparation materials.

4. Data and Security

  • Quiz data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. You are responsible for the physical security of your device.
  • We do not provide cloud backup or sync. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will permanently delete all locally stored data.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, quiz content, and other intellectual property rights related to the app belong to the developer. Examination names such as NORCET, AIIMS, DSSSB, PGI, ESIC, RPSC, RUHS, and others are trademarks of their respective organizations. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination body.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • “As-Is” Basis: The app is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or system instability.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage analytics. The app also displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these ads or the products and services they promote. Data collection by these services is governed by Google’s privacy policies.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
