Our app does not require a user login or account creation. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers.

Locally Stored Data

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

  • Sheets and their content (mathematical expressions, results, and variables)
  • Countdown events (event names, dates, and display preferences)
  • Workspace data (workspace names and organization)
  • User preferences (theme mode, display settings)

All of this data is stored on your device only and is never transmitted to any server. This data is not backed up to the cloud.

Currency Exchange Rate Data

The app fetches live currency exchange rates from a third-party API when an internet connection is available. The only data sent is a standard HTTP request for exchange rates; no personal information or user data is transmitted during this request. Fetched rates are cached locally on your device. When no internet connection is available, the app uses bundled fallback rates.

Analytics Data

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage data such as screens visited and feature usage events. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve its functionality. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Crash Reporting Data

The app uses Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic data when the app encounters an error. This may include device model, OS version, app state at the time of the crash, and stack traces. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is collected through crash reporting.

Advertising Data

The free version of the app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers and usage data to serve and personalize ads. The Pro version does not contain any ads.

We do not operate any servers that store your data.
